Born in England, without knowing his parents. He was separated from his young brother then evacuated to Japan. At first, he's having difficulties speaking Japanese, which is why his Japanese accent may sound a bit different and unique.Several years later, when the disaster took place on earth, unfortunately; his master passed away because of that, as well as the little family. Albert panicked at that time, resulting in him couldn't do anything because when his emotions are unstable--his ability to control his element is getting weaker. Such a scene he saw with his own eyes. The pain, the trauma of losing his beloved and precious person, and the nightmare--those things always haunt him every single night.After several years being hit hard by such events, it shapes his personality to a seems-like an unapproachable individual and not that friendly to strangers, making him even more unapproachable. He will only speak when he wants to, and will remain silent if his social energy is drained out.Many people think that working with the government may give you many benefits, but he chose to stand on his ground with his friends to make sure all of them have free will. If you're asking where his money comes from, it is because they make an agreement with the higher-ups where they do their duty to protect human civilization, and in exchange, they get a huge amount of money in order to keep themselves alive and well. Albert himself managed to get a job as a marksmanship instructor and was paid a quite generous amount.
